Products are only eligible for exchange within 7 working days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as delivered—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Original labels and tags must remain attached. Dresses must be free from stains, perfumes, or any odour. Items that have been washed, ironed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Laiba Mughal reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
